It seems the date you have listed for The Polar Express Experience ticket availability does not match the countdown on the website. It appears to be out of sync by a week (16th and 23rd August 2021)

It looks like the timer has reset by a week and someone hasn't actually put it live. :(

I have tried booking for the Polar Express and the countdown has extended to another week. I did also complete my details for the mailing list but this also does'nt appear to work. Please can you confirm the correct date the tickets will be on sale please

Cannot find where or how to purchase Polar Express tickets via your website plus the countdown clock and kind of re started ? Can you please confirm when we will be able to purchase . Thank you

We're all in the same boat here. I think someone's forgotten to push a button and the timer has simply reset.
