Ford Model T Day - 17th May

Calling all vintage motoring fans and history lovers! Join us on Sunday 17th May for the 3rd Annual Ford Model T Exhibition at Telford Steam Railway — and this year, it’s set to be bigger and better than ever!

For 2026, we’re aiming to showcase 10+ incredible vehicles, featuring a fantastic variety of Ford Model T cars, lorries, and buses. These icons of early motoring will be displayed at Spring Village Station, giving you the chance to get up close and truly appreciate their history and craftsmanship.

Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just curious, it’s a rare opportunity to learn from the experts. And yes… plenty of photo opportunities!

The Standard Gauge Railway takes you across our 150 year old line to three historic stations. You'll experience the sites, sounds and smells of the glory days of rail travel. 

The Telford Town Tramway offers the unique experience to travel behind a steam tram ! Our narrow gauge line transports you back to the lost days of steam tramways as you journey around Horsehay Works.

The Top Link Model Railway takes you on a miniature journey around the model world. Discover all the secrets of the huge model layout and watch the tiny locomotives in action.
