Classic Transport Day returns to Telford Steam Railway!
Join us on Sunday 12th July for a fantastic celebration of vintage transport, with something for enthusiasts of all ages!
Take a step back in time as our Spring Village station comes alive with an impressive display of:
Classic cars
Vintage Land Rovers
Motorcycles
Historic lorries
Heritage buses
Magnificent traction engines
The displays will be located around our Spring Village car park and historic locomotive shed, where you'll be able to get up close to these beautifully preserved vehicles. Better still, many of their owners will be on hand to share the stories behind their pride and joy and answer your questions.
Of course, no visit would be complete without a ride on the railway!
Steam locomotive "Cranford" will be hauling our standard gauge trains, with the first departure from Spring Village at 11:00am.
Our narrow gauge steam tram "Thomas Telford" is not expected to be operational, please check the website for updates before travelling.

Unlimited travel on both our standard gauge railway and narrow gauge tram for just:

No need to book – simply pay on the day at Spring Village Station.
FREE parking is available at Bridges Industrial Estate (TF4 3EE), less than a 3-minute walk from the railway.
