Group Bookings

GROUP BOOKINGS:

Please state the date and time you would like to book along with how many seats you would like to book and if you require standard or premium class seating. Group bookings must be 32 or more people. Additional seating for any booking greater than 32 will be in blocks of 4 seats.
Thus bookings are 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60 and 64
The maximum number of seats per coach is 64 and there are four coaches per train.
Thus bookings greater than 64 will be spread over two or more coaches

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required initally for all group bookings. Any bookings not fully paid for within the agreed time will be cancelled and the tickets released onto general sale.

A member of the Events Team will be in touch after the form has been completed. (Any persons who complete the form for a booking under 32 people will not be responded to.)
