Spend a day in the company of BR Class 08 diesels - with a visiting 08
Starring
08784 (Thanks to English Electric Preservation Group and Great Central Railway (Nottingham ))
08757 "Eagle" from the home fleet
and Ruston & Hornsby diesel mechanical Class 88DS No. 382824 "Hector" giving breakvan rides within Spring Village station limits
Service trains will be top and tailed by 08784 and 08757 with one departure (at least) planned to be double headed by the 08's
Please note that on train heating will NOT be available. We ask you to please dress appropriately for a Winter gala
A Hot Chocolate drink and Cookie per person (whilst stocks last) included in the ticket price! These can be obtained from the tearoom. (Gluten free cookies available while stocks last)

Departures from Spring Village Station at
10am, 11am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm
Departures from Horsehay & Dawley Station
at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12;30pm, 2pm and 3pm
Fares - £15 Adult, £7 Children, £38 Family (2 Adults & 2 Children) Tickets allow travel on all trains and brakevan rides on the day

Tearoom selling hot and cold drinks, snacks, chocolates, crisps, cake and ice cream - all at great prices. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, we will NOT be able to serve any meals during this event. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
