Parking & Transport to our Site

Please ensure you arrive 1 hour before your booked departure time. This is to ensure that you arrive at our site in a timely manner and do not miss any of the experience.

All of our guests will be transported by a free shuttle bus from the main car park at ‘Ironbridge Park & Ride Car Park’ to Telford Steam Railway. There is no parking onsite at Telford Steam Railway. Please use the postcode TF4 3XH which will take you to the car park.
It can be found just off of the A4169.
Please DO NOT travel down Crackshall Lane!
 
From this location, you will hop on a shuttle bus which will take you to Telford Steam Railway where you will board the train. Please DO NOT travel to Telford Steam Railway as there is no available parking and you will be sent to the Ironbridge Park & Ride Car Park which is only around 5 minutes away.

Visit our Top Link Model Railway and take a look at the extensive layout which was built and is maintained by the volunteers of the Telford Steam Railway.

Sit down in the Marquee to watch PJ the Showman's entertaining family show before you board your train. He will have you all laughing with a smile on your face as you head down to Grand Rapids Station.
