THE SPOOKY SPECIAL
Join us on Saturday 26th October 2024 for our Halloween Trains and Crafts event
Fares £10 Adult, £5 Children (2-16yrs), £26 Family (2 adults and 2 Children)
The SPOOKY SPECIAL departs from Spring Village station at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. (If it makes it back!!) Your ticket allows you to ride on ALL trains.
Tickets allow you to ride on all the SPOOKY SPECIAL trains PLUS free entry into the Crafty Coach, situated at SPOOKY Spring Village station platform. Here you will be able to make scarily brilliant Halloween themed crafts to take home with you
Craft sessions will be run by 'The Creation Station' - all materials and guidance provided
Onboard all our SPOOKY SPECIAL trains you will find some of your favourite Halloween characters. They will be only too pleased to SCARE you as the train plunges into the darkness of HORRIFIC Heath Hill tunnel! If you SURVIVE all that, there will be plenty of photo opportunities as well.
A face painter will also be on site (additional charge) so that you can get your best SCARY face!
To help calm everyones nerves, our tea room will also be open for food and drinks
The Model Railway will also be open and operating before you need to summon up some more COURAGE to ride the SPOOKY SPECIAL again!!!
Unfortunately the Pheonix Miniature Railway will NOT be in operation.

All attractions subject to availability.
The SPOOKY SPECIAL will be either our Class 142 (142004) or Class 144 (144013) Pacer Units. Both are wheelchair accessible. (The SPOOKY SPECIAL will not be haul by a steam engine).
Dogs are not allowed on the SPOOKY EXPRESS
