On-Line Tickets available from 1st October 2012
You can buy your Santa Special Tickets on-line from 1st October 2012. On-line bookings for each weekend close on the preceding Friday night, this ensures there are no 'double bookings' caused by simultaneous on-line and ticket office sales 'on the day'. On-Line bookings are available 24 hours per day. A booking fee applies to on-line bookings, it is cheaper to book in-person than on-line.

Booking in Person and Telephone Bookings
The booking office at Horsehay will be open on every Saturday and Sunday from 3rd November between 10:00am and 4:00pm. At these times we can accept telephone bookings.
