Enquiries and Group Bookings

Please contact the enquiries line on 07816 762790 between 10am. and 4pm. on Saturdays or Sundays from 6th November. Please remember this number is manned by volunteers. There may be times when the line is busy or no-one is available to take your call. You may get through to our voice mail in which case if you are asked to leave a message please leave an evening contact number.

On-Line and Telephone Bookings

Please book in advance, either on-line or by telephone, 08444 771000, a minimum of 6 days in advance of the date you wish to visit. This is to give us time to send out your tickets. Telephone and On-Line bookings are available 24 hours per day. A Booking Fee applies to both telephone and on-line bookings. It is cheaper to book on-line than by telephone.

We can also take bookings on the enquiry line when the booking office is open at the weekend.

Booking in Person

The booking office at Horsehay will be open on every Saturday and Sunday from 6th November between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
